Bromma gymnasium is an upper secondary school situated in Bromma, one of the oldest suburbs just outside the city-center of Stockholm. Our students are 15-19 years old and nowadays come from all over Stockholm. We have a little bit more than a thousand students enrolled in our programs, which are oriented towards Technology, Natural Science, Social Science and Business/Economics. The students who would be involved in this project are studying the Business Administration and Economics Program. The students' personal development is also crucial in this time of society and labor-market rapidly changing. We strongly believe that this strategy being open to other stakeholders is a necessity for the growth of students' awareness of these changes as a compliment to other subjects that orient them towards history, society and religions as well as arts, drama, music and languages. This means that our students do some short periods during their education at companies in the nearby area as well as students regularly visits religious assembly halls, museums and theatres in Stockholm. We also have groups of students who go abroad to practice languages or visiting other schools for broadening their experiences.
